The staff were helpful! They quickly addressed a minor issue with the bathroom light by providing alternative solutions. They even treated us to a wonderful dinner at the restaurant as compensation. The location was also fantastic, I found it was a quick walk into town.

The contactless check-in process wasn't clearly advertised. I expected a face-to-face interaction.

The location was convenient. I was able to easily walk to the city center in just minutes. the provided free wifi worked without any issues (even in the evenings). i found the wardrobe in the room quite useful for hanging my coats.

the stairwell carpet felt a bit loose in places.
