Fantastic Stay!

helpful staff quick address wonderful dinner

The staff were helpful! They quickly addressed a minor issue with the bathroom light by providing alternative solutions. They even treated us to a wonderful dinner at the restaurant as compensation. The location was also fantastic, I found it was a quick walk into town.

The contactless check-in process wasn't clearly advertised. I expected a face-to-face interaction.

i found the location very convenient for accessing attractions. the room was clean, and the wardrobe space allowed for hanging coats easily. free wi-fi provided worked quite well. i appreciate the short walk to the city center and the bus stop right outside.

i reserved parking but i was unable to contact anyone about this, not ideal

convenient location wifi access useful wardrobe

The location was convenient. I was able to easily walk to the city center in just minutes. the provided free wifi worked without any issues (even in the evenings). i found the wardrobe in the room quite useful for hanging my coats.

the stairwell carpet felt a bit loose in places.
